SIL transition — 1 July 2026
Commence registration. Stay audit-ready. Without rebuilding your stack.
The NDIS Amendment (Integrity and Safeguarding) Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 8 April 2026. All SIL providers must commence registration / transition action from 1 July 2026. Post-deadline unregistered SIL operation carries serious penalties.
NDIScribe gives your team the documentation backbone the new SIL Practice Standard expects — supported decision-making evidence, safeguarding observations, version- controlled service agreements, hash-chained audit log, RP register, complaints workflow — alongside the rostering and CRM you already use.

What the new SIL Practice Standard expects
Supported decision-making

Safeguarding
Observable behaviour notes, structured incident screens, reportable-incident escalation paths, and root-cause investigations — all linked and timestamped.
Practice governance
Worker screening currency, competency assessments, training records, RP register, behaviour support plan versioning, monthly RP reporting.
Agreements
Version-controlled service agreements, consents per scope, plan-budget transparency, cancellation terms, and signed consent-to-claim.
