Progress note records for Australian NDIS providers
Keep every progress note exactly as it was signed.
The note gets written on a phone at the end of a shift, sometimes with one bar of signal, sometimes twice because the first attempt did not save. NDIScribe is where your support workers write and sign it, and the register that keeps every signed version afterwards. It runs beside the rostering and billing platform you already pay for.
Read what it does not do. Or drop a month of your existing notes into the free gap check and see what is missing. It runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded, and there is no sign-up.
Free for 30 days. No credit card. After that A$79 per month for the whole organisation, GST included, with no per-seat charge. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
Subscriptions are purchased on the web, at app.ndiscribe.com, and the apps are sign-in only, for people your organisation has already invited. Your support workers sign in at that same address on any phone, tablet or computer, including Android, and write and sign their notes there. There is an iPhone app on the App Store as well. There is no Android app.
